Job summary

Avera Majestic Bluffs/Avera Sister James Care Center is seeking a CNA to join a multidisciplinary team in Yankton, SD. The role involves direct resident care, ADLs, and collaboration with the nursing staff to maintain patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification/licensure in practice state.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform routine and specified nursing tasks per nursing staff directions.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient information.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe environment in the unit.
