Avera Health's Eureka Health Care Center in Eureka, SD is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join on a PRN basis. You will provide direct, personal care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful, home-like environment.

The ideal candidate will have CNA licensure in the state, a High School diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to work varied day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license required in the state of practice within 120 days.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Less than 1 year related experience or training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform routine nursing duties such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings.
• Support care plans and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining unit cleanliness.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents' families.
