Maple Landing Assisted Living in Mapleton, UT seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (ALF) to support residents with daily living activities per care plans. You will work with nursing staff, document care, and assist with meals, mobility, hygiene and safety, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

Requirements include active CNA license in good standing, High school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS, Food Handler Permit where applicable, and prior SNF/ALF experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable_)
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• Experience as CNA in SNF/ALF preferred, not required)

Mansioni

• Provides CNA services to assigned patients per care plans and at direction of supervisor.
• Assist resident with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving and positioning residents.
• Coordinate dining room services at meals, including setup, delivery, feeding, and documentation.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
• Track weights and report changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Monitor skin condition and report pressure areas or tears.
• Assist with toileting programs and complete flow sheets daily.
• Report changes in resident condition to nurse/supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and safety procedures.
• Attend care-plan meetings and participate in quality programs.

Conoscenze

Ability to read/write English
