Landmark Assisted Living in Utah is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under supervision. You will support daily living activities, assist with mobility, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

This role emphasizes dignity, patient rights, and adherence to care plans, with training on infection control and emergency procedures. A CPR/BLS credential and high school diploma are typically required.

Qualificações

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable). Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• 1 year of experience as CNA in SNF/ALF preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides supportive services to nurse, med tech and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and established policies.
• Assists resident with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes, including setup, tray delivery, and feeding assistance; documents intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements to patients and records intake; tracks weight changes per policy.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor; maintains confidentiality.
