Job summary

Maple Landing Assisted Living in Utah seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care per care plans and facility policies. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and dining.

Document care, report changes to the nurse, support meal service, monitor skin integrity, and help with transfers. The role requires teamwork, patience, confidentiality, and a respectful, dignified approach to every resident.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (required or preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification andFood Handler Permit where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to assigned residents per care plans and supervisor direction.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinates dining room services and assists with meals and feeding.
• Documents intake, weight, and meal consumption; reports weight changes to nurse.
• Reports changes in residents’ condition to nurse and supervisor.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows infection control and safety policies.
