Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist at the Winston Campus Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Pharmacy. This PRN, variable-schedule role offers a pay range of $54.90–$82.35 per hour and requires a Pharm.D. or B.S.

in Pharmacy with an active North Carolina pharmacist license. Responsibilities include overseeing pharmaceutical care, counseling patients and caregivers, reviewing orders, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe medication use.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is required.
• Current state pharmacist license in good standing through North Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs medication therapy regimens based on biomedical literature.
• Provides patient and caregiver counseling on medication therapy, adverse effects, and proper use.
• Reviews medication orders and participates in medical emergencies and safety/quality activities.
• Preceptor for pharmacy students and residents; mentors teammates as assigned.
