Job summary

Pinnacle Living’s WindsorMeade Williamsburg community is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) on a PRN basis to ensure high-quality nursing care for residents. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services during assigned shifts, supervising CNAs, and promoting a safe, compassionate environment.

The RN will administer medications, respond to emergencies, and maintain clinical records while coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or degree.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• CPR/AED certification.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total nursing services for residents.
• Receive and give shift reports and perform rounds.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Supervise CNAs and aides; ensure resident care plans are followed.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain accurate medical records.
