Job summary

You will assist residents with daily living activities, participate in rounds with physicians, and ensure quality clinical services while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Requirements include Virginia LPN licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in Virginia.
• Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living and activities; perform rounds with physicians; follow infection control practices.
• Communicate resident status and changes to physicians, guardians, and family; relay information to team and dining staff as needed.
• Complete admissions assessments and care plans; document treatments, reactions, and outcomes; coordinate with therapists and dietitians.
