Job summary

You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

This PRN role supports a national footprint and flexible scheduling. Required: an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, active Minnesota COTA license,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program completed.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• At least 1 year of COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
