Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for individuals with mental health conditions including SED.
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor progress per treatment plans.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques and manage emergencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to update discharge plans and ongoing care.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and promote therapeutic engagement.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervisors.
