Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience or training in behavioral health or related clinical settings.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Ability to maintain detailed clinical documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to patients with mental health needs (SED).
• Assist clinicians in clinical assessments and discharge plans.
• Monitor patient behavior and respond to crises to ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in care planning.
