Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for call center duties and verify insurance during high volume.
• Coordinate with business office, nursing and staff for timely admissions.
• Refer inquiries to appropriate agencies when needed.
• Maintain all documentation for admissions and communicate with referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and verify insurance at intake.
