Zusammenfassung

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Specialist (PRN) to support CBT delivery within Rogers Behavioral Health programs.

You will assess behavior, develop plans, train staff and families, and monitor progress with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include providing cognitive behavioral services, documenting treatment plans and outcomes, participating in supervision, and ensuring safety and compliance across residential and clinic settings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required in human services, psychology, social work or related field.
• Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential or state equivalent when in Addiction Recovery program.
• CBT experience (12 months preferred) in clinical care or human services.

Aufgaben

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups.
• Assess function of behavior and develop individualized plans.
• Document mental health services and maintain medical records.
• Participate in supervision and multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Train patients and support persons in CBT interventions and strategies.
• Ensure patient safety and adapt interventions as needed.
