Grand Canyon University Inc. is seeking an Adjunct Clinical and Lab Nursing faculty member to support pre-licensure student learning in Breckenridge, CO.

This PRN role requires travel to observe student performance during clinical rotations and labs, with pay of $60/hr for day clinicals, $70/hr for night clinicals, and $50/hr for labs. The candidate should have an MSN preferred and BSN required, with a current multi-state RN license, and be able to enroll in an MSN program if not already in one.

Qualifications

• MSN preferred; BSN required.
• RN license valid and multi-state (compact).
• Minimum 2 years OB nursing experience with MSN.
• Must pass drug test and competency testing.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce didactic content and teach knowledge/skills for pre-licensure nursing.
• Collaborate with faculty for evaluation and documentation of student progress.
• Participate in grading written and clinical performance check-offs.
• Stay current with trends in nursing practice and accreditation requirements.
• Travel to GCU student sites and observe student performance during rotations/labs.
• Support the university's philosophy, mission, and doctrinal statements.
