Qualifications

• MSN preferred; BSN required with enrollment in MSN Leadership or MSN Education program upon hire.
• RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred.
• Minimum 2 years OB nursing experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce didactic content and teach the knowledge and skills needed for pre-licensure nursing.
• Collaborate with content area faculty to document student progress toward clinical objectives.
• Participate in grading written and clinical performance check-offs.
• Remain current with trends and developments in nursing practice.
• Uphold the tenets of nursing and the university mission; support accreditation efforts.
• Travel to GCU student sites to observe student performance during rotations and labs.
