Baker Tilly US in NorCal is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Private Wealth/PCS team. You will deliver tax compliance and advisory services to individuals and small businesses, working with firm leadership to serve clients and grow the business.

Qualifications

• CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent required.
• Five years of tax compliance, accounting and advisory experience in a professional services firm.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Perform complex returns (individual, partnership, trust, estate, gift and state tax).
• Build technical competence by staying current on tax trends and applying them to complex situations.
• Learn and grow through direct coaching and firm-wide learning programs.
• Network to build strong client relationships internally and externally.
• Support the growth and development of team members.
• Contribute to a collaborative, balanced work culture with teammates.

4-year degree

Master's degree preferred
