Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Master's or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent required.
• Five years of tax compliance, accounting and advisory experience in a professional services firm.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, and family offices.
• Prepare complex tax returns (individual, partnership, S-corp, trust, estate, gift, and state).
• Deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting including federal estate, gift, charitable planning and generation-skipping tax.
• Mentor and coach staff, developing their technical and professional skills.
• Build relationships with clients and contribute to business growth.
• Support the engagement team’s development and promote work-life balance.
