Job summary

Blue Owl Capital Inc. in New York City is seeking a Market Leader Senior Associate to accelerate adoption of investment solutions within a designated advisor channel. This in-office, hybrid role requires 1-2 travel days per month and proactive outreach to financial advisors.

You will build relationships, present capabilities, and coordinate with the Market Team to execute territory plans. A strong background in financial services and FINRA licenses is expected, with a focus on growth and client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
4–6+ years in financial services with advisory experience preferred.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed.
Hybrid sales role with travel 1–2x per month or as needed.

Responsibilities

Proactively drive sales by developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with financial advisors.
Provide proactive outreach via phone, email and virtual meetings.
Independently schedule and conduct Advisor meetings and group presentations.
Coordinate with Senior Sales resources to tailor solutions for clients.
Attend partner firm/advisor conferences and represent Blue Owl.
Meet or exceed designated sales goals for the territory.
