Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing and managing relationships with financial advisors across the territory.
• Lead advisor meetings, portfolio reviews, and in-person engagements in line with travel expectations.
• Strategically deploy senior resources for high-impact meetings and campaigns.
• Represent Blue Owl in conferences and at partner firms, acting as a senior point of contact.
• Meet or exceed territory KPIs and contribute to data-driven territory plans.
