Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10+ years in financial services, preferably in alternatives/private wealth.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
• Hybrid/sales-oriented track record with internal/external roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing and managing relationships with financial advisors in the assigned territory.
• Lead advisor meetings, portfolio reviews, and group presentations 1–2x monthly in territory travel.
• Coordinate with Market Team to execute data-driven territory plans and meet KPIs.
• Represent Blue Owl at partner firm conferences and client/prospect meetings.
