Job summary

UFC Gym in Hendersonville, TN, is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to lead private training and small group sales while ensuring top member service. You will manage scheduling, coordinate with coaches, and drive revenue through training and supplement programs.

The role requires 7-day availability, strong customer service, and the ability to supervise staff. A related certification and CPR/AED are preferred, with opportunities for advancement within the Coaching Team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Customer service focus and professional responses to guests, members and staff.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Computer proficiency in Word and Excel; clock in/out for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Prospect, tour guests, close training sales, and hand off to coaching staff.
• Manage client scheduling and calendar coordination for sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of programs, supplements, and measurements.
• Support revenue activities: supplements, seminars, workshops, and events.
• Aim to meet monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
• Review sales performance with managers and staff to achieve goals.
• Coordinate sessions with clients based on availability and needs.
• Oversee scheduling lifecycle and ensure timely appointments.
