Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, safety procedures, and emergency procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Proficient with basic record-keeping.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts).
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities (complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, workshops).
• Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives in sessions, personal training, and supplement sales.
• Conduct guest tours and complete sales.
• Execute prospecting strategies with Starter Sessions.
• Schedule and manage client appointments for optimal service delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions according to availability.
• Maintain scheduling records and adjust for changes.
• Handle self-directed appointment setting, including follow-ups and rescheduling.
• Maintain club facility and services knowledge.
• Adhere to schedule set by Fitness Manager.
• Daily 1-1 check-ins with Fitness Manager and bi-monthly meetings.
