Job summary

The UFC Gym Wayne location is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver private and small group training with a strong focus on member experience and revenue attainment. You will ensure accurate program administration, including measurements, supplements, and workouts, while maintaining a positive club environment.

Ideal candidates bring Private Training knowledge, weekend availability, and solid customer-service skills; CPR/AED and dotFIT certifications are preferred or in progress.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Must be able to operate all fitness equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service focus with clear communication skills.
• Professional and punctual with basic scheduling and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work weekends and support revenue goals.
• CPR/AED and dotFIT certifications in progress or current.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities and event booths.
• Maintain accurate client programs and tracking (dotFIT, measurements, supplements).
• Schedule, manage, and coordinate sessions with members.
• Provide excellent member experience and uphold UFC Gym standards.
