EY Private Tax is seeking a Manager to deliver tailored tax advice and compliance for cross-border families. You will lead complex planning, wealth transfer strategies, and governance projects while coordinating with global teams.

You will mentor professionals, supervise engagements, and drive performance metrics in client service, risk management, and growth. Regular travel may be required as you build trusted client relationships across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CPA certification or Bar membership.
• Typically 5–6 years of professional services or tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of estate and wealth planning and US tax rules.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for cross-border families.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Manage cross-border and multi-jurisdictional tax matters with a client-focused approach.
