Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; CPA or Bar membership preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in professional services or tax.
• Strong knowledge of estate and wealth planning; familiarity with U.S. tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for complex family/business structures.
• Support clients in wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate cross-border and multi-jurisdictional tax matters and coordinate with global teams.
• Coach and develop other professionals; manage performance and outcomes.
