Job summary

EY Private Tax is seeking a Manager to deliver tailored cross-border tax advice for high net-worth families. You will lead a team, oversee complex planning, and ensure compliant wealth transfer strategies.

The role blends technical tax expertise with leadership, client service, and business development in a dynamic, globally connected environment. You’ll manage multi-jurisdictional issues, work with cross-functional teams, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; CPA or Bar membership required.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services or tax.
• Strong estate and wealth planning knowledge and US personal/trust tax.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Understand automated tax processing systems and laws; capable of budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored tax advice and compliance for cross-border families.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Oversee cross-border and multi-jurisdictional tax matters with accuracy.
• Guide and coach a team; ensure quality and timely client service.
• Engage in client sessions, risk management, and business growth.
