Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with CPA or bar membership.
• Minimum 5 years in professional tax services or tax organizations.
• Strong estate, wealth planning, and cross-border tax knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with automated tax processing systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored tax advice and compliance for complex family/business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Lead teams and coach staff; ensure quality and risk management.
• Interpret issues, propose solutions, and meet performance metrics.
• Travel as needed to meet client needs and participate in working sessions.
