Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and can choose which clients to work with, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. We provide client matches, insurance coverage, and fast payments for your efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
