Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company seeking professional instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel locally, and can earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with work authorization.
• Positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
