Job summary

InstaSwim hires professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Instructors set their own schedule and travel locally, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients while you bring your expertise, with the potential to earn $40–$70 per one-hour lesson and to join a growing national network of swim instructors who value safety, personalized plans, and reliable payments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills and progress, adapting lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience and ensure student safety at all times.
