Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company serving clients across the US. Instructors teach private and small group lessons in clients' homes or community pools, with flexible scheduling and payment within 24 hours.

Instructors choose which clients to work with, set their own hours, and receive compensation of $40–$70 per hour. Training, background checks, and liability coverage are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess skills and adapt lessons to meet client needs.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience and ensure safety.
