Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional, experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson.

We provide clients, insurance coverage, and the support of a nationwide network. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid certifications, and reliable transportation. Training and travel flexibility are offered, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
