Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

All you need is 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation. We supply clients and handle onboarding; you bring passion, safety mindset, and personalized lesson plans to help swimmers of all ages progress with confidence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Background check required.
• Positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
