Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Applicants should have at least two years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or be willing to obtain, and have reliable transportation to travel to local pools. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student\'s ability and learning style.
• Assess student\'s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student\'s and clients\' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
