InstaSwim LLC connects independent swim instructors with families in Los Angeles for private, at-home lessons at home or community pools. As an instructor you choose which lesson offers to accept and set your own schedule, while earning competitive pay.

InstaSwim provides onboarding, liability coverage during lessons, and fast payouts after each completed session. Travel distance is up to you, with hours and areas expanded by demand.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certification current or willing to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• US work eligibility.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach private (1 on 1) and small group swim lessons at families' pools.
• Plan each lesson around swimmer's age, ability and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
