Job summary

InstaSwim LLC connects independent swim instructors with families for private lessons at home and in community pools in Baltimore and nearby towns. You set your own schedule, choose which lesson offers to accept, and travel to lessons within your chosen area.

InstaSwim provides onboarding, support, and liability coverage while teaching. This independent contractor role offers flexibility, pay per hour, and the opportunity to work with children and adults from diverse age groups.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required; teaching experience is a plus.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get certified).
• Reliable transportation and legally able to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach private 1-on-1 and small group lessons at the family's pool.
• Plan each lesson around age, ability, and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
