Job summary

InstaSwim LLC connects independent swim instructors with families for private at-home and community pool lessons in Phoenix and nearby towns. Instructors book and accept lesson offers, setting their own schedules according to what works best for them.

As an instructor, you teach private or small-group sessions, adapt plans to each swimmer, and travel to lessons within your chosen radius. The role is an independent contractor position with flexible hours and fast payouts.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required; swim teaching experience is a plus and will be reviewed.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get certified before teaching).
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally able to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Professional, positive attitude with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Teach private (1 on 1) and small group swim lessons at the family’s pool.
• Plan each lesson around the swimmer's age, ability and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
