Job summary

InstaSwim LLC connects independent swim instructors with families for private lessons at home pools and community pools in Minneapolis. You can choose which lesson offers to accept and set your own schedule, teaching one-on-one or small groups.

InstaSwim is a nationwide marketplace; instructors receive fast payouts after each lesson and are covered by InstaSwim's liability insurance while teaching. This is an independent contractor role with flexible travel within your chosen area.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required; swim teaching experience is a plus.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get certified before teaching).
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally able to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check.
• A professional, positive attitude with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Teach private (1 on 1) and small group swim lessons at the family's pool.
• Plan each lesson around the swimmer's age, ability and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
