Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We expect at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour, with fast payments and local travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
