Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the option to choose which clients to work with.

Earn $40-$70 per hour. Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization. Travel to client locations and maintain safety and high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) swim lessons and small group sessions.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
