Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a proactive, client-focused attitude. Earn $40–$70 per hour, with quick payments and liability coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, complete, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
