Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients and support, while you deliver professional instruction. Requirements include 2+ years of teaching, 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a positive attitude. Earn between $40 and $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of swim instruction experience or more
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
• Clear a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients
• Ensure safety of the student at all times
