Job summary

InstaSwim is recruiting private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with flexible client matches based on your area and availability.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, being 18+, CPR/First Aid certs (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour with insured coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
