Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients’ homes or community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with options to choose clients in your area.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transport, and US work authorization. Competitive hourly pay $40–$70.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain CPR/First Aid certifications if not already held.
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, safe and tracked learning experience.
• Travel to client pool locations and ensure safety at all times.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and professionalism.
