Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You control your schedule and select clients, earning competitive pay with rapid payments after each lesson.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, hold CPR/First Aid, and can travel locally. You’ll contribute to safe, personalized instruction while enjoying flexible, independent work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
