Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company offering in-home and poolside lessons across the United States. Instructors set their own schedules and teach in clients' homes or community pools, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a Swim Instructor you will conduct private and small-group lessons, travel locally, and tailor plans to each student’s ability. You’ll earn $40–$70 per hour and can start quickly after onboarding, with InstaSwim handling client

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude around all ages.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and assess progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, safe learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
