Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is looking for experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, while InstaSwim provides clients and handles onboarding.

InstaSwim offers fast payments—often within 24 hours after each lesson—and adds you to our general liability policy. You’ll join a national network of instructors, with opportunities to earn $40–$70 per hour and to start quickly after

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student needs.
• Provide a fun, safe learning experience for students.
