InstaSwim hires private mobile swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and earn between $40 and $70 per hour, with fast 24-hour payments after each lesson.

Instructors are added to InstaSwim's general liability policy and have room to choose clients within their area. InstaSwim emphasizes a supportive team, flexible work, and quick onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
