Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients and you set the schedule, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US-based work authorization, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pools.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
