Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
